About the Founder
Mitch, founder and president of Revelation Safety Solutions, brings over 15 years of practical experience in the construction industry and more than a decade of involvement in occupational health and safety. His career began as an on-site labourer, progressing through various field roles, providing him with firsthand insight into the day-to-day realities crews encounter. Certified in Occupational Health and Safety standards and multiple industry-recognized safety programs, Mitch established the company with a focus on professionalism, accountability, and dependable service. He is committed to supporting companies in strengthening their safety practices and fostering safer work environments.
Mitch brings a wealth of experience and a strong educational foundation to the company. He received his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation through the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Additionally, he earned a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University, a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Certificate from the University of Calgary, and holds a Gold Seal Certified Safety Coordinator designation through the Alberta Construction Association. These credentials, combined with years of hands-on experience, contribute to his wide portfolio in safety consulting.

Revelation Safety Solutions operates as a family run business. Jocelyn, Mitch’s wife, serves as Vice President and is responsible for accounting and daily administrative operations. Her organizational skills and behind-the-scenes support help ensure smooth business operations, allowing Mitch to focus on field-based service delivery. Together, they have shaped a company guided by values of integrity, reliability, and a shared dedication to promoting workplace safety.
